2015 Cadillac Escalade – First Look

With its inception dating back to the heyday of the big, brash SUV, the 2015 Cadillac Escalade is the iconic vehicle of its class.  For 2015, shoppers get their chance at the next generation Escalade – reimagined for today’s more fuel conscious, luxury obsessed drivers.  The all-new, more powerful and efficient 6.2-liter V8 is rated at 420 horsepower and produces more torque delivering an enhanced feeling of power.  The engine is matched to a 6-speed automatic and is available with 2 or 4WD powertrains.  But Cadillac says much of the story is on the interior where new features, meticulously chosen materials, wood trim options and more comfortable seating await.  It’s also quieter too. This three-row, body-on-frame SUV is still available in regular and ESV editions, the latter adding about 20” in overall length.  Full LED exterior lighting, available 22” wheels and a wider rear track ensure the Escalade continues to possess its swagger.  Available in Premium and Platinum collections the Escalade’s story of full-size, sport-ute stardom reboots for 2015.
